Welcome to Kool Kidz Products. By accessing or purchasing from www.koolkidz.in, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
This website is operated by Kitaro Trading Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion. You must be 18+ to place an order. Parents/guardians may purchase for kids aged 4-16.
2. Products & Pricing
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. Errors may occur and will be corrected. Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors. Payment must be completed via available payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD):Available on select pin codes only. We reserve the right to refuse COD for high-value orders or if previous COD orders were rejected. Please inspect outer packaging before paying. COD cannot be refused after payment for non-damaged items.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, with original packaging, invoice, and warranty card. Refunds: Processed within 2-3 working days after return approval, to original payment method. COD orders refunded via bank transfer/UPI. Warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects only. Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or battery issues. Repair/replacement at our discretion.
6. Affiliate Program
We may run an affiliate/referral program from time to time. Commission rates, payout terms, and eligibility will be shared on the program page. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for fraudulent referrals or self-purchases. Affiliates must not use spam, misleading ads, or trademark bidding.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or videos to our site or social media, you grant Kool Kidz Products a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing. Content must be your own, not infringe others’ rights, and not be obscene, defamatory, or illegal. We may remove any content at our discretion.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — logos, images, text, designs — is owned by Kool Kidz Products. You may not copy or reproduce without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kool Kidz Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to courts in Delhi, India.
